Hidden Flags

Look closely and you will see three flags flying.  The American flag and my state and city flags are flying high in front of the fire house across the street from my house.  This was taken from my kitchen window.  

Marching Ducks

Found this car on a restaurant parking lot a few days ago.  It prompts three questions.  Who would do this kind of thing and Why would they want to? Plus, I believe it is illegal in our state?  I have a feeling it is a little old lady because the car had handicap tags and the restaurant is known for having a large customer base of  elder seniors.  

Gnome of the Woods

this person (who prefers to be nameless) was our tour guide during 

a recent sojourn in the woods.

Spring in Bloom

Yesterday, I shared a winter photo.

This is the tree in front of our house.  What an amazing view we currently have looking out our living room window.

Lilly Pads made of Ice

When my husband posted that I would be off for a while due to health problems I expected it to be a few months.  Now it is four and a half years later.  Finally, I am  starting to feel well enough to get out occasionally.  Not sure at this point how many photo shoots I will manage but I will start to post the few shots I do get.  Hope they will not be as long between postings as this one has been.  

I captured this one of the Missouri River back in December, 2016 when returning home from a doctors appointment in the city.  The river  looked as if it was full of  lily pads made of ice floating down the river as far as you could see.
